In accordance with the Swedish Act on Distance and Home Sales (2005:59) the section concerning right of return does not cover cases where goods have been clearly personalized. With the customers acceptance of Fuku-bi´s conditions of sale there is no right of withdrawl on made to order or customised products which have already been ordered. All of Fuku-bi´s leotards are made to order, even those which have been ordered from one of Fuku-bi´s recommended designs or sizes. Please note that this means that leotards that are sewn according to a standard size or standard design are not covered by the right of return.

When ordering goods that are not considered to have been personalised standard right of return, as outlined in the law stated perviously, applies within 14 days of the customer receiving the goods. The item must be in unused condition and with original packaging for right to return to apply. If the customer wishes to return an order they must contact customer service inside the 14 days return period via e-mail at contact@fuku-bi.com.
